Third-party services and integrations may change, discontinue functionality, or modify their APIs at any time. As a result, certain integrations may become unavailable or experience disruptions.

LogPac does not guarantee the continued availability or compatibility of third-party services or integrations.

6.7 User Responsibility for Third-Party Data

Users who connect third-party services to the platform or transmit data through integrations are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to share that information.

LogPac is not responsible for any data that users transmit to the platform or to third-party services in violation of applicable laws or contractual obligations.

6.8 External Links and Embedded Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or resources. LogPac may also display content or tools provided by third parties.

LogPac is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, or content of third-party websites or services. Accessing such external services is done at the user's own discretion.

Section 7 — Cookies and Tracking Technologies

LogPac may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. These technologies help enable essential platform functionality, support security protections, analyze usage patterns, and enhance the user experience.

Cookies are small data files stored on a user's device when visiting a website or using an online service. LogPac may also use related technologies such as web beacons, pixels, scripts, local storage objects, and similar technologies that collect or store information about device activity and interactions with the Services.

Tracking technologies used by LogPac are primarily intended to support platform functionality, security, analytics, and performance monitoring.

7.8 Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature that signals a preference that websites not track online activity. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, LogPac may not respond to Do Not Track browser requests.

Users may instead manage tracking preferences through browser settings or available consent tools where provided.

7.9 Consent Where Required

In jurisdictions where consent is required before placing non-essential cookies or tracking technologies on user devices, LogPac will obtain user consent in accordance with applicable laws. Users may withdraw or modify their consent preferences at any time where such options are provided.

Data stored in backups is protected using administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and is not actively processed except where necessary for system restoration or security investigations.

8.7 Deletion Requests and Data Lifecycle Management

Where applicable and subject to legal or contractual obligations, LogPac may delete or de-identify certain information upon verified request from users or customers.

However, LogPac may retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security protections, or preserve legitimate business records.

8.8 Secure Deletion and De-Identification

When information is no longer required for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, LogPac will take reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify the information in accordance with applicable laws and internal data management practices.

Residual copies may remain in backups or archival systems for a limited period until those systems are cycled or overwritten in the normal course of operations.

Section 9 — Data Security

LogPac implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Services from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures are intended to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information handled by the platform.

While LogPac strives to protect information using industry-standard security practices, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, LogPac cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.1 Security Safeguards

LogPac maintains a range of security controls designed to protect information handled by the Services. These safeguards may include:

9.2 Platform and Infrastructure Security

LogPac may host or operate portions of the Services using secure infrastructure provided by reputable cloud or infrastructure providers. These providers may maintain their own physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect the systems that support the Services.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational need.

9.3 Internal Security Practices

LogPac restricts internal access to information to authorized personnel who require such access to perform their job responsibilities. Personnel with access to sensitive systems or data may be subject to confidentiality obligations and internal security policies.

LogPac may implement role-based permissions, authentication mechanisms, internal monitoring, and security procedures designed to limit and track access to systems containing sensitive information.

9.6 Security Incidents and Breach Response

If LogPac becomes aware of a security incident involving unauthorized access to personal information, LogPac will take reasonable steps to investigate the incident, contain potential threats, mitigate risks, and remediate vulnerabilities where appropriate.

Where required by applicable law, LogPac may notify affected users, customers, or relevant regulatory authorities of certain security incidents.

9.7 Third-Party Service Provider Security

LogPac may rely on third-party service providers to support the operation of the Services. Where such providers process information on behalf of LogPac, they may be subject to contractual obligations designed to protect information and maintain appropriate security safeguards.

However, LogPac cannot guarantee the security practices of third-party systems and is not responsible for security failures that occur outside of LogPac's reasonable control.

9.8 Shared Security Responsibilities

The security of the Services is a shared responsibility between LogPac and its users. While LogPac implements safeguards designed to protect the platform, users and customer organizations are responsible for managing access to their accounts, controlling the information they choose to upload to the Services, and maintaining appropriate security practices within their own environments.

9.9 Continuous Security Improvements

LogPac may review, update, and enhance its security practices from time to time to address evolving security threats, technological developments, and industry best practices.

9.10 Limitation of Security Guarantees

Despite the safeguards described above, users acknowledge that no system or network can be completely secure. The transmission of information over the internet and the storage of electronic data involve inherent risks.

Accordingly, LogPac does not warrant or guarantee that the Services will be completely secure or immune from cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or other security incidents.

Section 10 — International Data Transfers

LogPac may operate and provide the Services using infrastructure and service providers located in multiple jurisdictions. As a result, information collected through the Services may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the country in which a user resides.

In particular, the Services may be operated from systems located in the United States or other jurisdictions where LogPac or its service providers maintain operations.

Data protection laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in a user's country of residence.

10.1 Cross-Border Data Processing

By accessing or using the Services, users acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside their country of residence where LogPac, its affiliates, or its service providers maintain operations.

Such transfers may be necessary to operate the platform, provide requested services, maintain system infrastructure, support analytics, and ensure the reliability and security of the Services.

LogPac takes reasonable steps to ensure that international data transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
